Your Key has been blocked

Your Key Has Been Expired/ Corrupt 

If you're seeing this message, your software key is currently inactive. Please follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.

Key Corrupt S/W mode has been changed

 Please perform the following checks:

  • 🕒 Date & Time Format: Confirm your system's date format is set to:
    dd-MMM-yyyy (Example: 20-May-2025)
  • Hardware Part Change: If hardware part change in your system like-Motherboard , processer
  • Windows Update: If windows update like win10 to win11.
  • Software Update: If Software update like 2.3.3 to 2.24.3

Key Expired

If message showing your key has been blocked then AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is either about to expire or has already expired.

·  In case the AMC has expired

·  If the AMC is upcoming (about to expire)

💻 (ii) Machine Code

To retrieve your Machine Code for validation:

  1. Launch the VIDYA Software.
  2. Click on Register button

  

3.  New windows will open

To resolve the key validation issue:

Our support team will verify and assist in reactivating your software key promptly.
