Send SMS to Absent Students

SMS ( Attendance Module )

Send SMS option is used to send SMS to absent students.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to send SMS to absent students -

  • Click on Attendance module.
  • Click on SMS option.                                                                                                                                            
  • Select  Shift, Class, Stream & Section .
  • Select Category-
    • Absent
    • Leave
    • Both
  • Select  Attendance Date.
  • Click on  Load Student button.      
  1. After clicking Load Student, records will display.
  2. Select the student whom you want to send SMS.
  3. Click on  SEND SMS button to send SMS.

Before Sending SMS Make sure DLT SMS Template is Approved and update the SMS Setting from Attendance option in SMS Module.
