Send SMS to Absent Students

Send SMS option is used to send SMS to absent students.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to send SMS to absent students -

  • Click on Attendance module.
  • Click on SMS option.                                                                                                                                                           
  • Select Shift, Class, Stream & Section.
  • Select Category-
    • Absent
    • Leave
    • Both
  • Select Attendance Date.
  • Click on Load Student button.

  • After clicking Load Student, records will display.

  • Select SMS Template.
  • Select Values according to template.
  • Select Father's Name and Val ( Place where you want to show father's name).
  • Select Student Name and Val ( Place where you want to show Student name)
  • Select Attend Date and Val ( Place where you want to show Attend Date)
  • Select Addition ( if you want to add other lines ) and Val ( Place where you want to show this additional lines)
  • Select All Student if you want to send SMS to all records.
  • Select Mailing Or Permanent option ( These are contact number type).
  • Click on SEND SMS button to send SMS.
  • Your SMS is sent successfully.
