Follow the below mentioned steps to send transport SMS to students -

• Click on Transport module.
  
• Click on SMS option.                                                                                                                                                                     
  

• Click on  ☑  Area or Stop  checkbox and select Area or stop from dropdown..
  

OR


1. Click on ☑  Vehicle checkbox and select vehicle from dropdown.
   
2. Click on  Load Record  button.
   

• Student record listed as follows.
  
• Select the students to whom you want to send SMS.
  

OR


• Click on  ☑  Select All Student  checkbox if you want to send SMS to all students.
  
• Enter the Reason for Late.
• Enter the Transport Contact.
• Click on  Send SMS  button to send SMS.    
  

• Before Sending SMS Make sure DLT SMS Template is Approved and update the SMS Setting from Transport option in SMS Module.             

• Click on  Yes  button to send SMS, otherwise click on  No  button.
