In VIDYA the School Management Software, Activation option is used to Active Shift, Classes, Stream and Section in particular section.




Follow the Below Steps to Active the Shift, Classes, Stream and Section.

First Click on Admin Module.    

       

1. The Following window will open.           

1. First select the session (In which you want to Active Classes)
   

            

1.  Select the session (In which you want to Active Classes) and Click on Change as Default.
   
2. Then Activate the Shift (General / Hindi Medium / English Medium).

         

1. Select the Shift on Active Class Section.
   

       

1. Then Active the Classes according to as per your Need.
   

       

1.   Click on Save Button. Your Classes will be successfully activated.

1. To Active the Stream on (9^th, 10^th, 11^th & 12^th ) 
   

1.  Select the Classes on Active Stream Section.
   
2. Activate the Stream as per your need (Science / Art / Biology / Math etc.)
   
3. Click on Save Button to save the Stream Setting.
   

       

1. To Active the Section in Classes.

1. Select the Classes on Active Section.
2. Activate the Sections as per your need (A / B / C etc.)
3. Click on Save Button to save the Section Setting.
