How to Manage Class Photo
The Class Photo section in the Gallery menu allows you to upload, view, edit, and organize class-wise photos for your school website. This helps showcase class activities, batch memories, and enhance school visibility through organized visuals.
➕ How to Add a New Class Photo
✅ Steps:
Go to Gallery → Class Photo.
Click on the “New Photo” button.
Fill in the required fields:
Class Name
Description
Photo Upload
Click on the “Save” button to add the photo.
✅ Steps to Manage the Class List
Step 1: Access the Class List
Log in to the Admin Panel.
Navigate to Gallery → Class Photo.
Click on the “Class” button.
Step 2: View the Class List
A list of all existing classes will be displayed.
Each class entry will have options to edit, set priority, or delete.
Step 3: Edit Class Name or Priority

✅ Steps:
Navigate to Gallery → Class Photo.
Click on the Edit Icon next to the photo you want to update.

Modify the necessary fields (description, image, etc.).
Click on “Save” to apply changes.
To remove the photo entirely, click on the Delete Icon.
