The Transfer Certificate (TC) feature allows schools to manage, upload, and maintain TC records of all students from one place.
➕ How to Add a New Transfer Certificate
Steps:

Go to the Student menu and click on the TC option.
- Click on the New TC button.
- Select the Session and Class.
- Click on the Load Student button to fetch the list of students.
From the list, select the Student Name from the dropdown.
Enter the TC Number.
To upload the TC document:
- Click on the Browse button.
- Select the file (PDF or image) you want to upload.
Click on the Save button to store the record.
✏️ How to Edit or Delete a TC Record
Steps:

Open the TC option from the Student menu.
To edit, click on the Edit icon next to the TC record.
To delete any record, click on the Delete icon next to the respective entry.
✅ All changes will be instantly reflected in the TC list, helping you maintain updated and accurate student transfer records.
