Add New Contacts in SMS

In VIDYA the School Management Software Contact option is used to store the record of school’s Staff, Management and their Contact Number.

Follow the Below Steps to Add, Edit and Delete Contact.

  1. First Click on SMS Module.
          
  1. Select Contact option.

  1.   The following window will open. 
    
  1. Follow the below steps to add contact.
    1.  First Select the Group (Teacher/Staff/Vendor etc.)
    2.  Fill the Name of Contact
    3. Fill The Contact Mobile Number.
    4. Click on Save Button.
    5.  Your Contact will be added successfully.

  1. Follow the below steps to edit contact.
    1.  First select the Contact that you want to update.
    2.  Click on Edit Button.
           
    1.  Update the Group (Teacher/Staff/Vendor etc.).
    2.  Update the Name of Contact.
    3. Update the Contact Mobile Number
    4. Click on Update Button.
    5. Your Contact will be Updated successfully.
             

  1. Follow the below Steps to delete Contact.
    1.  Select the Contact that you want to Delete.
    2. Click on Delete Button.
          
  1. Click on Yes Button.

  1. Your Contact will be Updated successfully.
  1.   Click on Print Button to print the list of Contacts.
