Create New Account Book

A/C Book New ( Account Module )





A/c Book (New)  option is used to create account books .

   Follow the below-mentioned steps to  create account books . :-

  •  Click the Account Module.
  •  Click the A/c Book (New) Option.                                                                                                                       








  1.          The following window will open. 


  1. Select the Account Group.
  2. Enter the Account Name.
  3. Select The Account opening Date.
  4. Enter the Opening balance of Account.
  5.  Select the Balance nature of Account (Debit or Credit).
  6. Contact Details (Optional)
    1. Fill The Name of Account Book (Example: - Teacher name, School Bank Name etc.)   
    2. Fill the City of Account Book.
    3. Select the State of Account Book.
    4.  Fill The Pincode of State.
    5. Fill The Mobile Number of Account.
  7. Click on Save Button. Your Account book will be created successfully.
