Receive Amount in Account Book

Receive Amount in Account Book

In VIDYA the School Management Software Receipt option is used to receive the payment in Account Module.

Follow the Below Steps to make Receipt.      

  • First Click on Account Module.    
  • Select  the Receipt option.                                                                                                                                    
  •   The following window will open. 
              1.      .
  • Follow the below steps to make a Receipt.
    • Select the from Account Book (From which account you want to add payment).
    • Select the To Account Book. (On which account you want to add payment).

  1.  Fill the Amount.

  • Fill the Mode of Receipt.
  • Select the Date of transaction.
  •  Fill the Transaction Remark.
  •             
    1.  Click on Save Button.
    2. Click on Cancebutton to reset the filled records.         
    3. After Clicking on Save Button your Receipt Voucher will be generated you can print or Export it.
